680+ in Prelims after 30 full-length mocks — here is the exact analysis sheet I used

I started at 540 in March. Last week I crossed 680 twice in a row, and the only thing that changed was how I reviewed mocks, not how many hours I studied. The sheet had five columns: question number, source (NCERT / standard book / current affairs), reason for error (knowledge gap, misread, guess, calculation), time spent, and the one-line fix. After every mock I filled it on the same evening, then re-attempted only the questions marked "knowledge gap" after 48 hours. Three things I would tell anyone starting this: 1. Do not review the whole paper. Review the 35–40 questions you got wrong or guessed. The rest is already working. 2. Track your guess rate separately. Mine was 19% in March and 6% by August. Guesses flatter your score in the short run and destroy it in the real exam. 3. Keep one "mistake notebook" per subject, not per test. Patterns only appear across tests. Happy to share the sheet layout in the comments if people want it. It is a plain spreadsheet, nothing paid.

Study materialneetbiologydiagrams

Human physiology diagrams — 42 labelled pages from NCERT, free PDF

I cleaned up and labelled the diagrams from the NCERT Class 11 and 12 physiology chapters. 42 pages, all black and white so they print without eating ink. What is inside: - Digestion, breathing and body fluids: 14 pages - Neural control and chemical coordination: 11 pages - Circulation and excretion: 9 pages - Reproduction: 8 pages Each page has the blank diagram, the labelled version on the facing page, and the NCERT page number so you can check the source. I did not add any coaching content, and I removed the watermarks from my own scans. How I use them: print the blank set, label from memory, then check. Ten minutes a day for two weeks was worth more than rereading the chapter four times. The link goes to my own Drive folder. If it stops working, comment and I will re-upload. Please do not sell this — it is NCERT material and should stay free.

Mock testjee-main-2026mockscore-discussion

JEE Main 2026 full-length mock #4 is up — post your score, section split and one doubt here

Mock #4 is live in the test section. Same pattern as the January paper: 75 questions, 180 minutes, +4/−1. Post three things so the thread stays useful: - Total score and the section split (P / C / M) - The question number you are least sure about - One thing you will change before mock #5 I will reply to the common doubt with a worked solution. Please avoid posting full question text if it is from a paid paper — a screenshot of your own working is fine. My attempt: 168 (58 / 52 / 58). Lost 12 marks to two silly sign errors in Maths, which is the same mistake as mock #3. Time to fix the habit, not the syllabus.

CAT 2025 slot 2 analysis: what VARC actually tested, and why the RC passages felt longer

I wrote slot 2 and have now compared notes with two friends from slot 1 and slot 3. The VARC section was not harder in vocabulary. It was harder in patience. Three observations, all from my own attempt sheet: 1. Four RC passages, 16 questions. Two passages were philosophy-adjacent and had long sentences, but the questions were mostly inference, not tone. People who trained on "author's tone" questions lost time looking for something that was not asked. 2. The odd-one-out para jumble was the easiest 3 marks in the section, and it sat near the end. I nearly missed it because I was behind schedule. 3. Two options in the inference questions were true statements that did not follow from the passage. That is the trap: "true in the world" is not the same as "supported by the text". My section attempt: 21 of 24, with 5 marked for review. I am not claiming a percentile — the official key is not out and I refuse to guess with someone else's numbers. If you wrote a different slot, post the passage topics (not the questions) and what you found time-consuming. The slot comparison is the useful part.
